Prices are on hanging weight. 

Hanging weight is the weight of the beef when it is hung for curing after being skinned and gutted, or bone-in weight. 

Whole Beef  $5/Pound

 $500 Reservation Fee

Half Beef $5/Pound

$250 Reservation Fee

Grass Fed $8/Pound

Butcher costs are typically around $1.25/Pound 

We also offer USDA cut beef shares on request.
