We raise a limited amount of premium grass fed beef every year. Our grass fed beef are sold only in wholes. They are typically are slightly smaller than grain finished and considerably leaner.

Grass fed beef is less marbled while all our beef are pastured, our grass fed do not receive any supplemental grains which will result in a leaner beef.
